It is an inexpensive way to find out if piano is going to stick, and it is on the floor at Guitar World Gold Coast now.

410 voices, 150 styles and 122 songs

There are 410 instrument voices with a Piano button that jumps straight to the grand, and 32-note polyphony. The 150 accompaniment styles follow your left hand with intro, main, auto fill and ending controls, and One Touch Setting picks a matching voice for each style. The 122 preset songs come with a downloadable songbook for the sheet music.

Lesson and quiz modes, Duo for two players

The built-in lesson and quiz modes step you through the songs, and Duo mode splits the keyboard into two identical ranges so a parent or teacher can play alongside. A two-channel recorder holds about 300 notes for checking your own playing. Transpose covers 12 semitones each way.

Aux in, sustain pedal and battery power

A stereo mini aux input runs a phone through the built-in speakers so you can play along with a track, with a 6-type master EQ and 3-type Ultra-Wide Stereo shaping the sound. There is a sustain pedal jack and a panel sustain function, and it runs on batteries as well as the adaptor. It is 317 mm deep, so it fits a desk.

Specifications

Brand

Yamaha

Model

PSR-E283

Included

Included Accessories

Size/Weight

Dimensions

Depth

12-1/2" (317 mm)

Weight

Weight

Control Interface

Keyboard

Panel

Language

Voices

Tone Generation

Preset

Number of Voices

Effects

Types

Master EQ

6 types

Ultra-Wide Stereo

3 types

Functions

Panel Sustain

Accompaniment Styles

Preset

Style Control

ACMP ON/OFF, SYNC START, START/STOP, INTRO/ENDING/rit, MAIN/AUTO FILL

Other Features

One Touch Setting (OTS)

Songs

Preset

Data Capacity

Approx. 300 notes

Transpose

-12 to 0, 0 to +12

Tuning

427.0 - 440.0 - 453.0 Hz (approx.0.2Hz Increments)

Duo

Yes

Miscellaneous

PIANO Button

Storage and Connectivity

Connectivity

Sustain Pedal

Yes

AUX IN

Stereo mini jack

Amplifiers and Speakers

Amplifiers

Power Supply

Power Consumption

Colour

Portable Keyboard

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0996/0066/2818/files/20191-1__99156.1788331842.1280.1280.jpg?v=1790234611
