Know your guitars and enjoy helping people find the right gear? Guitar World is looking for a full-time salesperson with good guitar knowledge and a friendly, practical approach to customer service.
You'll help customers choose gear that suits their playing, needs and budget, while contributing to the day-to-day running of the store. This role offers opportunities for career growth and promotion within the business.
What you'll do
- Help customers choose guitars, amplifiers, effects and accessories.
- Handle sales and product enquiries in store, by phone and by email.
- Process online orders and assist with customer enquiries.
- Receive, organise and replenish stock.
- Keep the showroom tidy, well presented and ready for customers.
What you'll bring
- Good guitar knowledge and the ability to explain products clearly.
- A helpful approach to customers and confidence talking with players of different experience levels.
- Reliability, organisation and a willingness to contribute to the team.
- Retail sales experience is preferred.
Hours
This is a full-time position. Saturday availability from 9 am to 2 pm is essential.
