Delivery options and charges for Australian orders are shown at checkout. We ship to countries worldwide; contact us for a quote before placing an international order. Fender-branded products can only be shipped within Australia. We offer free pickup in Nerang when checkout offers it for your order. Available items are dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Pre-orders and items needing an availability check have their own confirmed timing.
For large, heavy or remote deliveries, we may need to confirm an additional freight charge before dispatch. We will not charge the extra amount without your agreement; you may cancel for a full refund if you decline it. See our Shipping policy for details, including transit damage and pickup.
