The Rode VideoMic Directional On-camera Microphone has been designed to be used with personal audio recorders and consumer video cameras. To help eliminate unwanted outside vibrations and noises when recording, the VideoMic has a Rycote Lyre shock mounting system that quarantines the VideoMic capsule and electronics from its all-metal shoe mount. The super cardioid polar pattern is extremely directional so it focuses on the subject in front of the camera, further reducing any nearby sounds. The shoe mount has a 3/8" thread which can easily be mounted on most stands or boom poles.Line Gradient Acoustic Principle | JFET impedance converter | 0.50" Capsule | Supercardioid Polar Pattern | End Address Type | Freq.
