About this product
Overview & specifications
The S by Solar Type VB VB4.6 is a 6-string guitar built for modern metal and hard rock. Built around a poplar body and a maple neck capped with a techwood or purpleheart fingerboard, it pairs stage-ready looks in Carbon Black Matte with a no-compromise feature set.
Solid foundation
A Fixed bridge bridge anchors the strings for dependable tuning stability and sustain.
High-output pickups
A passive Custom High Output Ceramic Humbucker at the neck and a Solar Custom Ceramic Bridge deliver tight, high-gain clarity that stays articulate under heavy distortion.
Fast, modern playability
Built for speed, it features a bolt on neck joint with full access to the upper frets, a 25.5" scale, 24 nickel frets, a techwood or purpleheart fingerboard, plus Luminlay side dots that glow in the dark so you can find your place on the blackest stages. Factory tuning is E Standard.
Setup & what's included
Set up in-store by Guitar World Australia's techs before it ships to you, so it plays perfectly the moment it arrives.
