Shipping

  • Shipping prices are based on the eastern coastal cities of Australia. If you are elsewhere, please contact us for a shipping quote.
  • We can ship to most addresses worldwide. Some products have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally.
  • Fender-branded items can only be shipped to Australian addresses.
  • When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. Estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
  • Many items are charged at weight-based shipping rates. An item's weight is shown on its product page. In line with our carriers' policies, weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Shipping to remote or high-cost areas. The shipping fee shown at checkout covers most Australian metropolitan and eastern-coast addresses. Some orders are large or heavy, or are going to a remote or regional area where the actual freight cost is higher than the standard fee. If that applies to your order, we'll contact you before dispatch with the additional freight cost. You can then either pay the difference so we can send your order, or cancel for a full refund. We won't charge any extra amount without your agreement, and we won't dispatch until the shipping cost is confirmed.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply in addition to the manufacturer's warranty described below, and nothing on this page limits or replaces them.

Manufacturer's warranty

All goods are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (above), which may continue beyond 12 months depending on the product and the nature of the fault.

Faulty, damaged or defective goods

If something is wrong with your purchase, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can help.

  • Where there is a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement.
  • Where there is a minor failure that can be fixed, we may repair, replace or refund within a reasonable time.
  • If we confirm the product has a problem covered by the consumer guarantees, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs — please keep your postage receipts.

Items damaged in transit

Do not sign for a package if you suspect it is damaged. Signing for an item means it has been received in good order, and any damage is no longer the courier's responsibility. If your item is damaged, you must call us on (07) 5596 2588 or email [email protected] to notify us within 24 hours. So we can help you best, please include your name, address, items ordered and a brief description of the apparent damage. All items will be assessed by us on a case-by-case basis.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, find the item cheaper elsewhere, or decide you no longer want it. Please choose carefully.

As a courtesy, we may at our discretion accept a change-of-mind return for store credit or exchange where the item is returned unused, in original condition and packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and a restocking fee of 30% applies.

How to return an item

  1. Email [email protected] before sending anything back, with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
  3. For change-of-mind returns, we recommend you use Registered/insured post and pre-pay postage, as you assume the risk of loss or damage in transit for those returns.

We aim to keep all information on our site accurate and up to date. However, prices, descriptions and availability can change quickly, and occasional errors may occur. Where we identify a pricing or description error, we may cancel and refund the affected order. All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep the website running smoothly but are not liable for the site being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
