All goods are covered by 12 months manufacturers warranty

 

Please email us at [email protected] immediatley if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any

 

problems. 

 

 This return policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if

 

 any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products

 

 must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

 

 We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You

 

 assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out

 

 shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Guitar World will not be responsible

 

 for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Shipping

All shipping prices are based on the eastern coastal cities of Australia. If you are in another location of please contact us for a shipping quote.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
