Solar H2.7C 7-String Electric Guitar – Carbon Black Matte

The seven-string Guillotine takes Solar's headless Type H into extended range. A 25.5"–26.5" multiscale layout and a low-B seventh string make it a compact travel machine built to cut rhythm, leads and heads with brutal clarity.

Seven-string multiscale

The fanned-fret 25.5"–26.5" multiscale is exactly what a seven-string wants — the longer bass side keeps that low B tight and defined, while the shorter treble side stays fast and comfortable for leads. Tuned B to E across seven strings, it's ready for modern low-tuned riffing straight away.

Headless travel build

Going headless with a rear-tuning multiscale bridge and headless locking nut cuts the length and weight off the top end, making the H2.7C genuinely travel-friendly without sacrificing tuning stability. The basswood body keeps it light and resonant.

Solar Modern Alnico 5 pickups

A pair of Solar Modern Alnico 5 Multiscale humbuckers, wound for the fanned frets, deliver tight, articulate high-gain tone that keeps seven-string chords legible under heavy distortion. A 3-way blade switch handles the voicing.

Neck & finish

A bolt-on maple neck with the C Solar profile carries a purpleheart fingerboard, 24 nickel frets and a flatter 16" radius suited to low-tuned riffing and lead work. Finished in stealth Carbon Black Matte with white side dots and a Solar Pearloid 12th-fret inlay.
