The Taylor 214ce acoustic-electric guitar makes it easy to get great Taylor tone onstage and off. This guitar includes Taylor's ES-2 amplification system, which combines an innovative pickup/sensor design with a powerful preamp for a natural (and controllable) plugged-in tone.

With the ES-2 amplification system, this affordably-priced acoustic can now be plugged in to further enhance the Taylor playing experience. The ES-2 utilizes a proprietary behind-the-saddle pickup and a Taylor-devised active preamp. The result is a high-fidelity, low-impedance signal for clear, acoustic amplified tone.
