The Korg GA-2 is a compact guitar and bass tuner with a needle-style meter, large note and string labels, and red/green pitch indicators. Dedicated modes support seven-string guitars and six-string basses.
Plug in or use the microphone
Connect an electric instrument to the input, or use the built-in microphone for an acoustic guitar. Sound Out mode plays a reference tone for tuning by ear, while Quinta Flat mode supports settings up to five semitones below standard tuning. The GA-2 runs on two AAA batteries, with Korg rating alkaline battery life at approximately 200 hours of continuous use.
