Experience the Fusion of Classic Design and Modern Innovation with the PRS NF 53 Electric Guitar
Paul Reed Smith elevates the revered single-cut, bolt-on guitar design with the innovative PRS NF 53. Drawing inspiration from a '53 model in Paul's personal collection, the NF 53 features a resonant swamp ash body and a comfort-enhancing cutaway. Its Pattern 53-shaped maple neck and maple fingerboard offer familiar playability, while the 25.5-inch scale length and 22 frets ensure a versatile playing experience.
The PRS Narrowfield DD pickups in the NF 53 deliver a focused and powerful tone, blending the best of humbuckers, P-90s, single-coils, and mini humbuckers. This guitar also boasts high-quality hardware including a PRS plate-style bridge, barrel-style saddles, and vintage-style tuners. Its iconic Birds fingerboard inlays make it unmistakably PRS.
Built for Classic Rock and Modern Play
The NF 53's single-cut swamp ash body and bolt-on maple neck create a classic rock foundation. Modern enhancements like the comfortable neck carve and speed-optimized fingerboard radius bring this guitar into the modern era. Its plate-style bridge and vintage-style tuners ensure precise intonation and reliability.
Advanced PRS Narrowfield DD Pickups
Equipped with Narrowfield DD pickups, the NF 53 offers a unique blend of tonal qualities, thanks to its taller bobbins and additional metal pieces. Control your sound with ease using the volume and tone knobs, and a 3-way blade switch.
Optimized for Playability
Renowned for its playability, the NF 53 features a 25.5-inch scale length and a Pattern 53-shaped neck. The 22-fret, 10-inch-radius fingerboard is perfect for various playing styles, from jazz to rock.
