PRS SE Hollowbody II - Vintage Sunburst

PRS SE Hollowbody II Piezo – Vintage Sunburst

Two complete instruments in one beautifully finished PRS. The SE Hollowbody II Piezo in Vintage Sunburst brings the airy resonance of a true hollowbody together with the authority and tuning stability of a pro electric. Crafted with a maple top and back (with a figured maple veneer) and mahogany sides, this guitar delivers a lively, balanced acoustic character—shimmering highs, articulate mids, and supportive lows that sit perfectly in a mix whether you’re tracking in the studio or playing a Sunday set.

For electric tones, the PRS 58/15 LT “S” humbuckers capture vintage warmth and note clarity with a sweet, musical top end. For acoustic realism, the LR Baggs/PRS piezo system integrates into the PRS Adjustable ‘Piezo’ Stoptail bridge, with six individually piezo-equipped saddles that transmit natural, percussive detail. Use the Mix/Piezo output to blend both voices with the two onboard volume controls, or split the dedicated outputs—send the magnetics to your electric amp and the piezo direct to an acoustic amp or DI/console. As a smart failsafe, the piezo battery is bypassed when you use only the magnetic output, so your show keeps going even if the battery runs flat.

Playability is classic PRS. A comfortable Wide Fat mahogany neck, 25" scale, and 22 frets pair with a smooth ebony fingerboard and iconic Birds inlays. A bone nut and lightweight PRS-designed tuners deliver precise tuning without excess mass. The elegant Vintage Sunburst finish highlights the figuring and the Shallow Violin carve, giving you a timeless look that suits jazz, blues, indie, worship, country, and session work.

• Dual-voice capability: instant access to convincing acoustic textures and rich humbucker tones.
• Flexible routing: combine or separate outputs for FOH-friendly rigs and easy recording setups.
• Consistent feel: 25" scale and Wide Fat carve keep chords comfy and bends effortless.
• Stage-ready hardware: Adjustable ‘Piezo’ Stoptail, bone nut, and stable PRS tuners.
