About this product
Overview & specifications
The Yamaha THR10II is the desktop amp for players who practise at home and want one box for electric, bass and acoustic. Twenty watts in stereo, amp models that feel like valve amps under the fingers, Bluetooth for streaming songs and editing sounds from a phone, and USB for recording. It is a practice amp that ends up being the one you use most.
Twenty watts stereo, models for guitar, bass and acoustic
Five guitar amp models are on the panel with ten more available through the app, plus an acoustic model, a bass model and a flat voicing, each with two extra variants from the app. Output is 20 watts as 10 watts a side through two 8cm full-range speakers. The panel gives you GAIN, MASTER, a full BASS, MIDDLE and TREBLE stack, an EFFECT knob and an ECHO/REV knob, with a TAP switch that doubles as a chromatic tuner.
Bluetooth, USB audio and five memory slots
Bluetooth streams music from a phone through the speakers and links the mobile editor app for deeper sound tweaking. USB carries audio and MIDI to a computer, and a Cubase AI download sheet is in the box. Five USER MEMORY switches store your settings, and separate GUITAR OUTPUT and AUDIO OUTPUT levels let you balance the backing track against your playing. It measures 420mm wide by 140mm deep and weighs 3.2kg; power comes from the included 15V 3A adapter.
