Some suppliers have experienced stock shortages due to pauses in manufacturing and delays with international shipping. We are doing our best to avoid any of these issues, by increasing our stock holdings and adding even more products to our range. If you order a product and it is out of stock we will place it on pre order for you. This will maintain your position in the queue and ensure you will get the product as soon as possible.

We are continuing to monitor the escalating COVID-19 situation on a regular basis and follow the advice of government and health officials. 

Our store currently remains open and our trading hours are unchanged. We are continuing to operate in store sales as per usual as well as all phone and online sales and enquiries. With the need to minimise non-essential interactions and minimise the spread of COVID-19 we would encourage all customers to purchase online or via phone if at all possible. We are currently providing same day dispatch for any orders placed before 1:30pm, and have increased local deliveries. We offer many express shipping services that typically provide for next-day delivery, and can arrange courier services for same day delivery on request.

Our retail store does remain open for those that need to visit us in person, however, to protect the health of our staff and customers and help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented several additional important measures including:

  • Requiring customers to use the provided hand sanitiser upon entry to the store, prior to trying any products in store (e.g. guitars, keyboards)
  • Temporarily restricting the demonstration of all microphones and brass & woodwind instruments until further notice
  • Reminding all customers and staff to follow recommended health & hygiene practices (maintain 1.5m social distancing, avoid shaking hands etc.)
  • Requesting that customers to not visit the store in groups of more than 2 people (aside from families)
  • Requesting that customers minimise the amount of time spent in store and demonstrating instruments 
Please do not come in if you are feeling unwell, have recently travelled overseas or on a cruise, or have recently been in contact with anyone diagnosed with coronavirus.

    • Regularly disinfecting key areas including hand rails, door handles, phones, computers, work surfaces and other common areas
    • Requiring all staff to regularly wash hands throughout the day
    • Enabling some staff to work from home

     

    Pricing Notice: Due to the sudden drop in the value of the Australian dollar, we are anticipating significant price rises with little notice given. As such, we may not be able to honour pricing for some items (per our existing pricing policy) and may not be able to quote pricing on certain items. Any price rises given to us by our suppliers will apply to new orders for out of stock items. Our website pricing may not accurately reflect new pricing on these items - please contact us for more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this very challenging time.
