Orange Series guitars are made using all of Furch’s key technologies with maximum attention to detail. The soundboard of these instruments consists of high-grade AAA Sitka spruce, the back and sides are from either Indian rosewood or black walnut. This material combination gives the Orange Series guitars a strong and dynamic sound, the properties of which are further enhanced by Furch’s proprietary soundboard voicing process. Our unique Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish, which improves each guitar’s resonance, also has an extremely positive effect on sound. The unique look of the Orange Series is underscored by a host of decorative elements, foremost a pearl fingerboard inlay and contrasting maple body, fingerboard and headstock binding, which stand out beautifully on a dimly-lit stage. The purfling and the rosette, however, are decorated with a discreet but exclusive strip of Redheart wood. Orange Series guitars are delivered in a highly durable Hiscox thermally insulated case.

The premium nature of the Orange SW is underscored by the fact that the soundboard is individually tuned using the voicing process, which enhances the guitar’s tonal properties to the highest level. Thanks to that, the Orange SW has a crystalline clear, harmonically rich, balanced, and highly dynamic sound across the entire tonal spectrum.
The instrument is protected by our proprietary Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish, which has been developed to enhance the guitar’s tonal qualities. The finish consists of an ultrathin layer of highly resistant lacquer that provides excellent surface protection and accentuates the structure of the wood at the same time.
The attractive look of the Orange SW is underscored by body, fingerboard and headstock binding made from American maple with a black contrasting line, and a top adorned by redheart purfling with black and white line.
A high precision, dual-action truss rod maintains neck stability and allows for fine adjustment of the neck relief, bilaterally. The truss rod is housed in a highly rigid carbon casing which enables a very smooth and controlled neck relief, ensuring the best playability and enduring optimal setup.
The soundhole is adorned by a rosette featuring a bold redheart ring with a contrasting black and white line.
Black side position dots combined with flower-shaped pearl fingerboard inlays improve fingerboard orientation and enhance the guitar’s exclusive appearance.
The Orange SW has an excellent tuning stability courtesy of Gotoh 510 Silver Patina machine heads with polished ebony buttons and a highly precise 1:21 gear ratio.
