Two Guitars in One — Magnetic Pickups + LR Baggs Piezo

This is where the SE Hollowbody II Piezo earns its money. The LR Baggs / PRS piezo system uses six individual piezo-equipped bridge saddles to capture the natural resonance of the hollow body, while the PRS 58/15 LT "S" humbuckers handle the full-fat electric tone. Independent volume controls for each circuit and two separate output jacks ("Mix/Piezo" and "Magnetics") let you blend both signals into a single amp, or split them — humbuckers into your electric rig, piezo into an acoustic amp or straight to FOH. Smart Failsafe Design

The piezo system runs on a 9V battery — but PRS engineered it cleverly. When you plug into the magnetic-only output, the piezo battery is bypassed completely. Figured Maple Hollowbody with Shallow Violin Carve
