Fender's Limited Edition 75th Anniversary Telecaster Collection marks 75 years since the Tele put the solid-body electric guitar on the map — and rather than a glass-case museum piece, this is a working player's tribute. The giveaway is on the heel: a commemorative 75th Anniversary neck plate, fitted to a short run of exclusive finishes you won't find in the regular Player II range. When this run sells through, that's it.

Candy Apple Red over contoured alder

Candy Apple Red is the quintessential Fender metallic — hot-rod sparkle that has been stopping traffic since the early '60s. Here it is laid in gloss polyester over a contoured alder body, so the timeless single-cut outline picks up softened, more comfortable edges than a vintage slab-body Tele. Against the 3-ply parchment pickguard and maple board, it is about as Fender as a finish can look.

Modern "C" neck with rolled edges

The satin urethane-finished maple neck carries Fender's Modern "C" profile — enough shoulder to dig into, never a baseball bat. Its maple fingerboard runs a 9.5" (241 mm) radius with rolled edges that feel broken-in straight off the wall, 22 medium jumbo frets and black dot inlays, with a synthetic bone nut cut to 1.650" (42 mm) over the full 25.5" (648 mm) Fender scale. Bright, snappy and quick under the fingers.

Player Series Alnico 5 Tele twang

Two Player Series Alnico 5 Tele Single-Coil pickups deliver the real thing: biting twang and snap at the bridge, glassy warmth at the neck, and that hollowed-out quack when the 3-position blade switch runs both together. Master volume and master tone with knurled flat-top knobs keep the layout exactly as a Tele should be — simple, direct and fast to work mid-song.

String-through sustain, ClassicGear stability

The 6-saddle string-through-body Tele bridge with block steel saddles gives every string its own intonation and height adjustment, with the extra resonance that through-body stringing brings. Fender ClassicGear tuners keep pitch honest set after set, nickel/chrome hardware ties the look together, and it ships strung with Fender USA 250L Nickel Plated Steel strings (.009–.042).
