Yamaha TAG3 C TransAcoustic Dreadnought Cutaway Guitar - Sand Burst Gloss gives you reverb, chorus, delay, a looper and Bluetooth audio inside an all-solid dreadnought cutaway, audible from the body with no amp in the room. It's the guitar for writing at the kitchen table and then playing the same parts on a stage. Solid Sitka spruce A.R.E. top, solid mahogany back and sides, Sand Burst gloss finish.

Reverb, chorus and delay, unplugged

SYSTEM76 is the TransAcoustic engine: reverb, chorus and delay controls on the guitar, with the effect heard from the guitar's own body while you play acoustically. The line out sends the same processed signal to a PA or an interface, with its own line out volume control. Effects that used to need a pedalboard and an amp now travel with the guitar.

Looper and tap sensor

The looper records a phrase and repeats it under you, and the tap sensor lets you control it from the body of the guitar rather than a footswitch. Bluetooth audio lets you send a track from your phone to the guitar and play along. Power is a lithium-ion battery charged through a magnetic connection.

Solid Sitka spruce A.R.E. over solid mahogany

The solid Sitka spruce top is A.R.E. treated, so it has the loosened-up feel of a played-in guitar from new. Solid mahogany back and sides add warmth under it. Dreadnought cutaway dimensions: 412mm wide, 505mm body length, 100 to 125mm deep, 1039mm overall, with black binding and a transparent pickguard.

Ebony fingerboard, 44mm nut

The mahogany neck is finished matte, with an ebony fingerboard on an R400mm radius and an ebony bridge with black ABS pins. Scale is 650mm and the nut 44mm with 11mm string spacing. Open-gear champagne-gold tuners and a blue ripple soundhole inlay are the visual signatures of the range.
